Experience the most creative painting activity
Team Building Spain offers you an activity that will test the creative mindset of teams, requiring them to cooperate with each other, solve puzzles, and, most importantly, reproduce a work by Picasso.
Teamwork
The teams solve puzzles and participate in activities to obtain the materials they will need for the artistic phase.
Creativity
Each participant draws a part of the work without seeing the whole, testing coordination and team vision.
Exhibition
The works are exhibited, a jury chooses the best one, and the teams must even ‘sell’ their painting, developing communication and strategy.
- Number of people: minimum 20, maximum 300
- Duration: 1.5h
- Availability: All year round, subject to availability.

How it works:
In the first phase, teams will solve games and puzzles within a limited time.
Each challenge they complete will earn them materials such as crayons, markers, or cardstock.
The better they work as a team, the more resources they will get.
A monitor will accompany each group to explain the dynamics and offer help.
When they finish the challenges, they must choose a Picasso painting to recreate. Be careful: the one that seems easiest may hide surprises.
In the second phase, each work will be divided into parts, and each person will draw a section without seeing the final result. Coordination will be key, as they will only be able to put the pieces together at the end.
When finished, all the works will be exhibited and a jury will evaluate the best ones based on technique, colour and execution. To conclude, each team will try to sell their painting to the jury!
