Formula One competition for groups

In our F1 workshop, you will have to divide up several laborious tasks if you want to be successful and, above all, if you want to win the competition.

Teamwork

Teams will have to assign different roles to each other in order to succeed in the activity. For example, the builder, the salesperson, etc.

Time management

Time is key and flies by, so you have to manage your tasks very well before time runs out.

Final demonstration

The final part of the activity is a presentation to everyone of the vehicle built by each team.

This activity will focus on the following areas:

Communication
Leadership
Time management
Change management

All teams will have to design and build their own vehicle, choosing the right design and mechanics who know how to implement it. Once the car has been assembled, it will be tested on a circuit, where all the teams will compete against each other to reach the top of the podium and claim victory.

We will provide all the necessary materials to build the vehicle, as well as creating an agility circuit that tests speed, aerodynamics and, above all, reliability (the most important aspect).
