Team Building Spain proposes organising a rice dish competition in the most exclusive and unique locations in Spain. This is a highly original activity combining a workshop, a competition and a meal, making it an ideal option for corporate groups, team building, incentives, etc.

Competition

A unique gastronomic experience combining a workshop, competition and meal, where teams prepare their own paellas and sangrias under the guidance of a professional chef.

Environment

The activity takes place in exclusive locations such as gardens with sea views, private estates or even on the beach, with exclusive use of the space for your group.

Extras

Additional services such as live music, flamenco shows, welcome cocktails, open bar or transport make the day even more complete and personalised.

How it works:

This experience can take place in a number of unique locations, such as the gardens of a beautiful restaurant surrounded by unrivalled scenery with sea views, or on a country estate with spacious rooms. We generally also offer exclusive use of the venue for your group.

We usually include the following in this experience:

  • Professional chef and assistants
  • Monitors during the activity to encourage, explain, etc.
  • Private use of the venue chosen for the occasion
  • Sound system
  • Insurance

We will take care of everything to make your event an unforgettable and unique day. We will define and explain the rules of the activity, the evaluation of the paellas, the time required for each task, etc.

We will also take care of any allergies or special dietary requirements.

The itinerary for the activity will be as follows:

  • Welcome to participants, instructions for the activity (rules, objectives, etc.)
  • Explanation of all the ingredients that will be used
  • Teams begin to prepare their sangrias and then cook their paellas
    Lunch, evaluation and award ceremony
