Molecular experience

Molecular mixology is a cocktail tasting session that will generate a lot of questions, surprises and interest from everyone. It is a gastronomic combination of esterification with premium alcoholic beverages, which, after a laborious process called ‘reverse esterification’, manages to incorporate the liquid into small spheres (which we call ‘pearls’), covered by a small gelatinous layer.

This is a new way to taste quality rum, vodka and gin. With an approximate volume of 6 cl, each pearl is a unique sensation in flavour and sophistication, exploding in your mouth, undoubtedly a surprise for your guests.
